Hello RDC Families,

Thank you to everyone who attended our recent Regina Diving Club Parent Information Night. We appreciate you taking the time to join us and learn more about the Club, our programs, and what families can expect throughout the season.

The slide deck from the information session is attached to this email for your reference.

Over the coming days, we will also be circulating additional information about volunteering, fundraising, and sponsorship at RDC. These are all important parts of our Club and help us continue to provide quality programming and opportunities for our divers while managing costs for families.

Sponsorship – We Need Your Help!

As we discussed at the information session, our families are one of RDC’s strongest connections to the Regina business community. We are asking every RDC family to identify 2–3 businesses or organizations that the Club could potentially approach for sponsorship. Sponsorship packages typically range in value from 350 - 7500 (most come in around the 500 - 3500 range).

Think about the connections you already have through your workplace, family, friends, or businesses you regularly use. This could include:

Banks or financial institutions
Insurance companies
Family-owned or local businesses
Realtors
Car dealerships
Construction or trades companies
Professional services
Restaurants or retailers
Other organizations with connections to your family

Please email fundraising@reginadiving.ca with:

The name of each business or organization
Your connection or contact person, if applicable
Whether you would like to approach them using RDC-provided sponsorship materials, OR
Whether you would prefer RDC to approach them and use your name/connection when making contact

You do not need to personally make the sponsorship ask unless you are comfortable doing so. Simply helping us identify potential sponsors and providing a connection can make a significant difference.

Thank you again for attending the Parent Information Night and for your continued support of the Regina Diving Club. We look forward to a great season!
